Trace that noise !

Competitition #8

Really Magazine's  part competition, part psychology experiment, part timewaster.

Can you identify ludicrously short audio samples ? We think you can.

Each few days ( or so ) we will progressively increase its length until somebody wins ( or until our legal affairs dept. flag a possible copyright infringement )

The first person to correctly identify the sample ( a.k.a. The Winner ) will receive - by e-mail - a poster-sized copy of their cartoon of choice - which can be printed out just about any size your printer can manage. They're unavailable from any other source !

Here's the sample.   (uses Flash),

If you think you know what it is, go here , fill-in your details, and, of course, your answer.

( if you do decide to enter, please note that only the winner will receive a reply )
